The B vitamins can lower the homocysteine levels. This molecule is responsible for damaging the cardiovascular system and increasing the risk of heart disease or stroke. You should take more vitamin B so you can prevent any cognitive issues.

There is a connection between dementia and low amounts of vitamin D in your body. You should go out in the sun and take vitamin D supplements.
5. Challenge your brain
People who speak more than one language have lower risks of becoming demented. You should challenge your brain every day and preserve your memory.
6. Protect the head
