Some parts of your face are linked with some organs in the body. So, for example, if you have a breakout on the cheeks, you may have some lung issues.
Here are the areas of your face which are connected with certain organs.
The Area between the Eyebrows – Liver
If you happen to have skin issues between your eyebrows, it can mean that you smoke or drink too much, or you eat a lot of meat. You are actually stressing out your liver if you do this. So, you should lower the alcohol consumption and the cigarettes, and include more healthy foods in your diet.
You should consume more veggies and fruit, get enough sleep, and do some kind of physical activity (preferably outdoors).
Forehead – Small Intestine & Bladder
This location of acne says that you may be consuming too much processed and fatty foods, or foods which don’t contain much fiber. Also, excessive alcohol consumption and stress can cause poor digestion, dehydration, and toxic build-up.

One of the most common causes for acne on this face part is poor dental hygiene. If you want to prevent and treat this from reoccurring, you should brush and floss the teeth regularly and don’t consume sugary drinks and foods.
Upper Part of Your Cheeks – Lungs
Acne on upper part of the cheeks could indicate that you smoke too much, or you are exposed to air pollution. So, you shouldn’t go outside if the air is polluted, and limit the cigarette intake if you are a smoker.
Nose – Heart
The acne on the nose can mean you are eating too much salt. According to Chinese medicine the heart is linked with the heart. So, acne on this area could mean you have heart issues and issues with the blood pressure.
You should eat more veggies, fruit, and nuts, and don’t eat too much salty and spicy foods and meat. Staying physically active is also highly recommendable.
Mouth & Chin – Stomach
If your concern are acne on your chin and mouth, you should limit the alcohol consumption and avoid any fatty and sugary foods. The mouth and chin are connected with the stomach. Therefore, you should consume more fermented foods.
Jaw and Neck – Hormones
If you have acne on this location, it means you have some hormonal issues. So, you should start eating healthy foods and limit the salt and caffeine intake.
