When we gain weight, we get excessive amount of fat cells, toxins, and waste. These can cause a lot of health issues such as hypertension, heart issues, and diabetes.
WHY DO TOXINS AND WASTE GET STORED IN FAT CELLS?
There was a research by the Environmental Protection Agency which showed that human samples contained traces of four industrial solvents, dioxin, and 9 hazardous chemicals such as furan.
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF TOXINS
Our kidneys and the blood flush all the water soluble toxins out of the body.
The liver is responsible for converting the fat soluble toxins. They consist of pollutants, food additives, chemicals, preservatives, plastics, pesticides, and heavy metals.
WHAT ARE DIOXINS?
Dioxins are created during the industrial processes such as paper pulp processes, making pesticides, and other processed such as forest fires, waste incineration, and trash burning.
HOW DOES THE LYMPH SYSTEM CONTRIBUTE?
Our whole intestine tract is surrounded by the lymph tissue. Our body absorbs the toxic fats and the nutritional fats, which are later being processed in the digestive tract tissue and are later conveyed to the lymphatic system.
The body’s digestive tissue and the lymph tissue need to be healthy so they can do this properly.
LIVER AS A DEFENSE MECHANISM
The liver itself makes the yellow-green fluid in the gallbladder known as bile. Our body needs the bile in order to remove some of the digestive fats, toxins, and some red blood cells which have become useless.
SOME SIGNS OF CONGESTION IN THE GUT ASSOCIATED TISSUE:
- Extra weigh in the abdominal area
- Swollen feet and hands
- Skin issues
- Stiff joints
HOW TO REMOVE THE TOXINS AND WASTE?
- Eat healthy – eat more fruits, leafy greens, fiber and whole grains. Stay away from gluten and milk.
- Get fit – be active throughout the day and you will sweat off the toxins!
- Detox – if you want to detox the liver you should eat only raw ingredients!
- Relax – stress is the major cause for most of the health issues. Therefore, you should find time to relax yourself.
